Prop trading firms
Prop firm technology that catches a breach as it happens, and can prove it later
Evaluation dashboards for your traders, rule monitoring on tick data for your risk team, and payout workflows with the evidence attached. Built around the platform you already run, so a change of platform does not mean starting again.
Illustrative screen built on synthetic data
Who it is for
Built for prop trading firms
Evaluation firms at volume
Firms where rule logic, dashboards and payouts have to agree with each other, and with the trading platform, thousands of times a day.
Firms changing platform
Firms migrating between platforms, or running two at once, who need their own rule engine and records rather than the vendor's.
Firms launching
New firms that need the trader dashboard, the risk view and the payout process ready before the first evaluation is sold.
What you get
Features for both sides of the screen
01
For your traders
- Evaluation dashboardProfit target, daily loss, maximum drawdown and trading days, each shown with the rule version and the number that counts.
- Warnings before a breachAlerts as an account approaches a limit, so no trader is surprised by a closure.
- Trading journalEvery trade with entry, exit, holding time and the rule state at the moment it was placed.
- Payout statusWhere a payout request is, what was checked and when it will be paid.
02
For your risk and operations team
- Rule engine on tick dataDrawdown and daily loss evaluated on every price change, including open positions, not on closed bars.
- Breach evidenceFor every closed account: the rule, its version, the tick that triggered it and the equity at that moment.
- Payout review queueRequests checked against the rules automatically, with the exceptions routed to a person.
- Records you keepRules, results and evidence stored on your side, so they survive a change of platform.
How evaluations work
The business model your software has to support
- 1
Traders buy an evaluation
A trader pays for an account with a profit target and loss limits, usually in a simulated environment.
- 2
Rules are enforced as they trade
Daily loss, maximum drawdown, minimum trading days and any product rules are checked continuously.
- 3
Successful traders are paid
Traders who pass move to a funded stage and receive a share of profits, subject to the payout rules.
Rule logic, in plain English
Ways to measure drawdown, and why it matters which one you use
- Static drawdown
- The limit is fixed from the starting balance. A £100,000 account with a 10% limit closes if equity falls below £90,000, whatever happened before.
- Trailing, real time
- The limit follows the highest equity reached, including unrealised profit, tick by tick. A trader who was £4,000 up on an open position has a higher floor than one who closed flat.
- Trailing, end of day
- The limit is recalculated once a day from the closing balance or equity, so intraday swings do not move it.
- Daily loss limit
- A cap on one day's loss, measured from a reset time you choose. The reset time has to match in the engine, the dashboard and your terms.

How we engage
It starts with a two-week Platform Review
1. Weeks 1 to 2
Platform Review
Read-only access. Findings report, costed plan and a prototype where it helps. You sign off the baseline we will measure against.
2. Weeks 3 to 8
Build, in fortnightly releases
Working software every two weeks on an environment you can use. Any AI wording is agreed with your compliance lead before a client sees it.
3. Go-live
Evidenced release
A runbook, an evidence file your compliance lead can read in one sitting, and an off switch for every AI feature.
4. Day 90
Results check
What changed, measured against the baseline you signed at the review.
Questions
Prop trading firms: common questions
Can you work with the trading platform we already use?
Usually, through whatever the platform exposes: its APIs, a reporting feed or a database replica. Where a licence restricts access, we design around it, and we confirm what is possible in the Platform Review before you commit.
Do you build the trading platform itself?
We build the layer around it: dashboards, rule engine, payout workflow and integrations, plus trading front ends where you want your own. We do not license a trading platform.
How do you make our drawdown numbers match the platform's?
We replay a sample of real account histories through the engine and compare every breach with the platform's record before go-live. Differences are explained or fixed, not ignored.
Can traders see why an account was closed?
Yes. The dashboard shows the rule, its version, the time and the equity at the breach, and your support team sees the same record.
Do you advise on how prop firms are regulated?
No. We are a technology company. Your legal and compliance advisers decide how your model is structured; we build software that does what they decide and keeps the records they need.
